Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled at no cost up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, and the appointment fee will not be refunded. No-shows are also non-refundable. If you or your equipment are unavailable for your scheduled appointment without providing at least 48 hours' notice, the appointment payment will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
